You will need an e-mail address. Click on the "Get your own Blog" link at the top and set up your personal account. Send me your username, and I'll add you to this blog. That will get you up and posting. After you get to that point, we can talk about how you get pictures posted using Hello! or some such service. Pass this along to those you are in contact with so we can get everyone involved!
